His successful track record is based on time-tested business processes, methodologies, and the ability to identify the right operators.

The Julia is a special project for Peter, named after his daughter who comes from two very tall parents and is now 13 years old, “When I imagine this building and I think of something tall and beautiful, I think of my daughter Julia. I wanted this project to have a name that was meaningful to me.”

MBA Development, LLC a subsidiary of MBA Development Group, was formed 10 years ago, to assist as the owner’s representative on all levels of the real estate development process throughout Florida. To date, MBA has completed over $100,000,000 of development over the past 10 years in residential, retail, medical and general office, and self-storage. MBA is a one-stop shop for all development needs, from zoning, planning, permitting, and construction management. MBA has proven to save projects time by understanding the local process and money by keeping projects on track.

ARCHITECT

Architectonics Studio is a full-service design firm, offering both residential and commercial design and architectural services. Architectonics’ previous work includes designing St. Pete and Marina Walk at 3680 46th Ave South in the Skyway Marina District and a 13-story mixed-use housing project at 900 Central Avenue.

Jeffrey co-manages the Developer Services Division for Academy Mortgage, one of the largest direct mortgage lenders in the U.S. Together with his partner, Adam Rosenblatt, the team is responsible for cultivating relationships with builders and developers and managing the end loan financing of condominium developments and single-family home communities from inception to closing. The platform has consistently received among the highest customer service ratings in the industry, while helping their clientele realize the dream of sustainable home ownership.
